At FORA Production, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, you may request a return under the following conditions:
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be in its original condition.
- The product must not be damaged, missing any components, or misused.
- The return request must be due to a manufacturing defect only.
Return Requirements
To process your return request, the customer must:
- Send the electronic invoice via WhatsApp.
- Present the same electronic invoice to the delivery representative when handing over the product.
Non-Returnable Cases
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The product has been damaged due to misuse.
- Parts or accessories are missing.
- The product has been altered after delivery.
- The request is submitted after the 7-day return period.
Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the customer will be informed of the refund or replacement process.
